Scientific studies have proven that visual stimulation can improve the visual and cognitive functions in infants and children who have low vision or at risk of low vision. The visual and mental skills of infants and children with low vision are heterogeneous. In some infants or children, perception of light, fixation to objects, perception of color, movements and eye-hand coordination are impaired. With the help of mobile technology it is possible to improve the vision by giving systematic and individualized visual stimulations to infants and children.
